Easy Red Velvet Cake

A stunning red velvet cake using Bakers Plus Red Velvet Cake Mix. Perfect for any celebration.

  • BAKERS PLUS | 1000g Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 200g Water (1st portion)
  • 200g Water (2nd portion)
  • 200g Water (3rd portion)
  • 100g Oil

Preparation

    1

    Put the 1000g mix in a bowl together with the first portion of 200g water, and beat for 3 minutes with the butterfly beater on slow speed.

    Add the 2nd portion of 200g water and mix for 2 minutes on slow speed.

  3. 3

    When mixed well, add the 3rd portion of 200g water together with the 100g oil. Beat for 2 minutes on slow speed.

    Place the mixture in a baking pan and bake for 45 minutes.
